Yes, there is an HDMI as well as a DisplayPort cable included. Unfortunately, the screen comes with a German Schuko plug. So an adapter is still needed.

4K UHD is perfect, but if it had HDMI 2.1, it would be even better. But I think if it's not too demanding games, the LG should be OK. The problem with 4K and HDMI 2.1: unfortunately they are all relatively expensive. This one might also be something: ASUS TUF Gaming VG289Q1A (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 28 ") or this one: AOC U28G2AE/BK (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 28 ")
Yes that's easy if you read the description. the 650 W model is a gaming version and has better colour calibration. and other options such as screen splitting etc.
