The "Enter" key is the size of two rows.
If you are fine buying them separately digitec offers the palm rest over here : Logitech MX Palm Rest I couldn't find a package that includes both the keyboard( US layout) and a palm rest.

I ordered one on Oct 20 and it was delivered 2 weeks later. Despite the entire time the listing said not in stock with no ETA. Typical Swiss supply chain nonsense. Where is it? Nobody knows. When will it arrive? Nobody can say. That's what you get when a tiny country maintains feudal protectionist measures with delusions of grandeur. Customer service, what's that? Welcome to Switzerland.
Mine had "delivery unknown" status when I order it - it seems that digitec doesn't have a stock on the US version, you have to order it (mine came in about 1 week). Hope it helps. Cheers!
Unfortunately, we have no information. When a date is available, the page will be updated and you will see it directly instead of the current question mark.
Oops, meant to answer another question, noob problem: wrote the answer in the question box!
Just tried it out, the USB-C cable is only for charging the built-in battery. The packaging states: Two connection options: Connect via the supplied USB receiver [i.e. also via radio] or via Bluetooth low-energy technology. Because of the USB receiver, the description probably also says "Peripheral connection: USB, Bluetooth".
Although a CH layout (Switzerland) is shown, the information in the specifications and the manufacturer's number basically determine the layout, not the product images. This is effectively a DE layout.
I waited for some time as well. I can't recall how long, but I placed order and forgot aobut it. But I would say the wait was worth it. It is very nice to type on. The only thing I had to get used to which was different from the picture is that the shift key on the bottom left is very small as it has been split into two keys. It took some getting used to But now I don't notice anymore.
