Works perfectly for me! Folding up the temple mutes the microphone, folding down the temple turns it on again. Volume buttons and pause/play also work as they should. I haven't needed the other two buttons yet, so I can't say anything about them.

Yes, the software is only optional. Either pair normally via Bluetooth (on the PC or smartphone) or plug the supplied Bluetooth stick into the PC and off you go. Works flawlessly and very quickly. In addition, the headset can be connected to several Bluetooth devices at the same time.

Yes all of them are used with teams and it works great very good quality and comfort. The difference I think is the included induction charging, with the teams version it is by cable.
I have purchased the adapter in the meantime. It works perfectly.

I was able to do a search and link the following over-ear headset with microphone, ANC, USB connection and without wireless connections: Jabra Evolve 80 The rest are either wireless or on-ear headphones and not over-ear like the following model: Jabra Evolve2 50 MS
