Hello Georg W., Unfortunately, your error description is still too imprecise. When do you have the dropouts? Only when both systems are active or also with one? Continuously when working or only after you have switched the video input, e.g. from USB-C to one of the others? For me it is like this: shortly after changing the video source it takes a moment until the KVM also changes, otherwise I have no abnormalities on the monitor as far as the KVM is concerned. Unfortunately, it is not clear from your description what you have already tried and what you have not tried. Therefore, I would briefly describe my setup and maybe that could help you. I have a Thinkpad connected to the monitor via Thunderbolt and a desktop PC via Displayport and USB-A to USB-B 3.0. Lindy Thunderbolt 3 cable (1m) StarTech USB 3.0 (2m) One problem could be the cable length, especially with Thunderbolt anything over a metre is no longer recommended. I connected the Logitech MX Masters mouse via Bluetooth and the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v1.0 keyboard. I also have a USB-A to Micro-USB to charge the mouse or headphones and a USB-A to USB-C to charge my mobile phone. Except for the Displayport Out and HDMI In, all other ports are occupied. I hope I could help you a little Greetings and have a nice weekend.

I have the same question :) A USB-C cable is included, but it is only 1m long, so I need a longer one. What I can already say: a USB-C cable with USB 2.0 specification is not enough - the notebook is only charged, but no image transfer etc.. The upstream port on the monitor is specified as "USB-C 3.2 Gen 2" - is a USB-C 3.1 cable also sufficient (as there are hardly any 3.2 cables available)?

I use this one: equip USB C - USB C (1.20 m, USB 4.0) This is only 1.2m long but you can at least use its parameters to find a longer one.

It works perfectly for us. Maybe try another port. What kind of keyboard is it? Does it work when the dongle is plugged directly into the notebook? Sometimes the keyboard/mouse has to be paired with the dongle...

My answer is speculative, I haven't tried it myself. But I don't think that's possible. What you describe as "DisplayPort output" is an input on the monitor and not an output. Your notebook would have to have 2 video outputs, e.g. USB-C and HDMI, otherwise I can't imagine it working. Hth.

Digitec writes: "Delivery between Thu 17.3. and Sat 16.4. 5 piece(s) ordered from supplier." Yes, 2022 is meant. It simply means that Digitec does not have more precise information on when it will be available, but still wants to sell it. The monitor is currently not available from any dealer https://www.toppreise.ch/preisvergleich/Monitore/PHILIPS-P-line-346P1CRH-p604704 "General questions regarding your order, delivery times or prices should be asked directly to our customer service department." https://www.digitec.ch/it/wiki/5340 https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new

Dell offers soundbars for their devices that are not big but still much better than built-in sound. These soundbars are simply connected via USB and then recognised as speakers by Windows 10. Dell SB521A (3.60W) If you put something like this on the base of the monitor, that could work well. You could also attach such a soundbar to the rear of the stand with Velcro, for example.
