Can I connect external speakers with this monitor?

I have a MacBook Pro version macOS13.0.1 for which I am looking for a connectable second monitor. Since I have already tried certain monitors which were not recognised by the MacBook, I wanted to ask the following: - Is this monitor (Samsung F24T350FHR (1920 x 1080 pixels, 24)) compatible with MacBook? - What additional cables / adapters / etc. do I need to buy to ensure smooth operation? I bought the screen to complement my Curved screen in conjunction with a docking station. Do I seriously have to start the screen every time via the button behind the screen? Is there no other solution?

Does this monitor have built-in speakers?

I'm looking for a second screen for my laptop, so just the screen. Does this one have a "dedicated power cable" and an HDMI cable to connect to the laptop separately? I've had screens that only had a socket or a power cable that had to be connected to the PC for it to have any power at all.

I am missing 2 screws to connect the monitor holder to the monitor.... Do I have to buy them?

I have connect my MacBook by HDMI to this monitor. I can only see 60 Hz maximum, is it a problem of the dongle that I have, maybe the capacity of the dongle is 60 Hz? Or is it a problem of the MacBook? I don't think the problem is in the cdmi cable, because it came with the monitor.

Does it come with a Swiss power plug? This is not the case for some monitors.
