No idea! But my EU version works very well so far.
I don't use these functions, so I can't say anything definitive about it. I think it depends more on the SIM card provider than on Samsung. If the supplier allows it, you can switch on VoLTE via mobile networks. This also works for roaming data and WLAN calls. The best network is automatically selected for the network mode.
