The A54EE can do this, but I recommend that you ask the manufacturer of the insulin pump whether the device is suitable or what their requirements/recommendations are. Battery: In normal use (I don't know what more NFC consumes with the insulin pump) my A54EE easily lasts a day, with the display in dark mode. In power saving mode it probably lasts 2 days. Enterprise Edition, by the way, has to do with maintenance/support and Knox Security Tools licences from Samsung, I don't think the battery is bigger. A power bank for more power would be an alternative to the large battery.
