We either already receive these devices as refurbished goods or they are shipped directly from the refurbishing companies as soon as an order is received.

Items that were originally sold by us as new but have been returned to us as part of a refurbishment are classed as "inspected returns". These devices have already been opened but carefully checked before being put back on sale.
