The design of the stand is indeed different, and the C27F390 is tiltable.
I don't give any guarantee (because of the screw dimensions/distance, etc.), but from a distance, it should actually work. a specialist would have to confirm this. i have been satisfied with the screen for months.

I am working with a MacBook Pro. I have 3 monitors like this connected. Work with Indesign, Photoshop and watch my 4K video recordings there.
Price-performance ratio is top!
With the appropriate HDMI adapter/cable, this should not be a problem. However, the resolution is below that of a MacBook Pro display. The very new MacBook Pro's have a USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 port. You will therefore need a USB-C to HDMI adapter / cable to connect this monitor. For example, the following product: LMP USB-C 3.1 to HDMI 2.0 Cable (HDMI, 180cm)
Yes, from third-party suppliers.
Under [1] it says "The following PC games [...]" and further down "[...] download one of the following PC games [...]". Therefore, it looks like PC only and not PS3.
