The design of the stand is indeed different, and the C27F390 is tiltable.
I don't give any guarantee (because of the screw dimensions/distance, etc.), but from a distance, it should actually work. a specialist would have to confirm this. i have been satisfied with the screen for months.

With the appropriate HDMI adapter/cable, this should not be a problem. However, the resolution is below that of a MacBook Pro display. The very new MacBook Pro's have a USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 port. You will therefore need a USB-C to HDMI adapter / cable to connect this monitor. For example, the following product: LMP USB-C 3.1 to HDMI 2.0 Cable (HDMI, 180cm)
