12 more attachments are included with the purchase. 6 soft (in 3 different sizes) and 6 harder (also 3 sizes).

I wonder if anyone will stop by here again? I need replacement attachments but only the smallest ones, where can I get them? Or do other attachments also fit on the 1000XM3 plugs?

Dear Galaxus Team, Dear Community I bought the headphones a week ago and have been trying unsuccessfully to connect them to my stationary computer (Asus) and my laptop (Dell). Although the headphones are displayed in the Bluetooth menu (paired), they cannot be "connected". Currently, only a connection to the mobile phone (Samsung) is possible, which is clearly not enough for me. I am therefore grateful for your help. Kind regards

After the data collection from the SONY app is slightly exaggerated.... Can the headphones also be used on the iPhone without the app?

You can. I will mostly do it without an app. And if I do, it's only to switch it off more quickly. However, it is advisable to use the app at least once at the beginning to make certain settings.

How do they cancel noise? They seem like normal earphones and regardless of which setting I use no changes in my surrounding sound happens... What am I missing? The voice in the left earphone tells me the setting...ambient, noise cancelling etc but makes no difference at all.

For me the difference is big. After "noise cancelling" message outside noise is noticeably reduced. Sadly they lose this ability with a time, especially if I walk, so I need to go through all three states again to improve noise cancelling. I'd say you should try to reset yours using the app, and send them back in case it doesn't help. Cheers.
