The case was delivered to me with only 1 window kit. The description is correct, the lid and the side panels are the same parts (except for the glass or grille). This means that you can also put the glass side on the lid or the back.

You might be able to fit a 5.25" drive into the enclosure with a lot of tinkering. Bear in mind that the drive drawer must also be able to be opened from the outside. It would be better to connect an external drive if you need it. http://de.thermaltake.com/Geh%C3%A4u...

Simply ask Thermaltake support. All you have to do is tell them that the part in question broke during delivery and they will send it to you again.

Looks to me like the Thermaltake-Pure-20 200mm, which as you mentioned should not be optional but pre-assembled from the factory. Thermaltake Pure 20 (200 mm, 1 x)

When I was setting up the PC, I found the fan to be quite usable. Quiet running is important for me, which was also given. Since I have designed my PC system (24x7 operation) for low heat and do not use it as a room air hoover, I do not need the fan. So I have no long-term experience. I would start with the installed fan.

Why not simply "compare" the two products? Simply press the "Compare" button on both sides of the products and then go to "Product comparison" - "Show PC cases" .... I'm sure you can do that too. ...so there's the form factor: one is a mini-ITX and the other an mATX, (important because of the motherboard). Then the number of drive bays ..... and so on..... and so on.

The feet are 18 mm and the sheet metal is 1.2 mm thick. Since all the enclosure panels are embedded in the frame, there is little point in leaving them out. The cabinet has a corner measurement (height + width) of approx. 32 cm. The best way to see or guess this is to look at a picture of the case (e.g. picture 5 at Digitec). The front is slightly larger than the corner dimensions (<1mm).
