A request has been made in this respect, but the guarantee covers technical problems related to the manufacture of the product. This is for the duration of the warranty. However, if there is physical damage, the guarantee is no longer valid. Exchanges are made within 14 days of receipt of the product, after which time the item must be sent to our service centre for inspection. I would buy it immediately, but only on account. I don't want to give this not inconsiderable sum to a shop I don't know yet, where the reviews always have the same tenor: lured with a low price and cancelled after receipt of money because it's not available (or whatever). Yes, the money comes back, but that also takes time.
