My BHR5133GL can be set very bright and I suspect that on your MacBook you can turn the brightness up even higher for the external device (e.g. https://www.xgadget.de/anleitung/mac-externer-monitor-helligkeit-einstellen-so-gehts/). Ideally, you should also use a cable that has an HDMI connector at both ends. (USB-C does not handle graphics to the same extent).

No problem, I need it for gaming with an RTX 2080, I also watch videos and the text is clear and distinct. The only thing I had a little trouble with was the colour setting during installation, but I managed that without any problems.

The resolution of the monitor will certainly be usable from the Macbook. Of course, you should pay attention to the HDMI cable. I wouldn't make any compromises here and recommend an HDMI Ultra High Speed cable, which will also display the picture properly. Club 3D HDMI (Type A) - HDMI (Type A) (2 m, HDMI) The Macbook should also be able to control 4K UHD screens in full resolution, so that might be another idea.

For me, the monitor is top. With rx6900xt. There are problems with HDR at low image rates, so it's best to deactivate it. Which graphics card do you use?

Digitec states the energy declaration here with the one that was valid until the end of 2020 (see specifications). If an F is stated elsewhere and this may also be stated on the product, this does not necessarily have to be incorrect. From 2021, there will be new specifications regarding classification. see the following link https://www.heise.de/news/Neues-Energieeffizienzlabel-fuer-Displays-und-Haushaltsgeraete-5048758.html
