    Apple Battery Smart for Iphone XS max

    Ordered 2x an Apple Battery Smart case for Iphone XS max. Both times it did not work after I charged it for 24h. I then exchanged the second battery case at the Apple store. The 3rd time it works. Customer service from Digitec unfortunately ne disaster, sorry!

    The case could be charged since recovering. Asking for an exchange now. The process is also not very easy to get products changed.
