It is a pre-terminated shielded twisted-pair patch cable with a low outer diameter. The cable is especially thin and flexible, making it suitable for use in confined spaces, for example in distribution cabinets or for connecting IP cameras. It can be used in 10-Gigabit Ethernet networks. The pinout is 1:1 according to EIA/TIA568 with 8 conductors. The construction consists of 8 stranded conductors and pair shielding in aluminum-laminated foil.
