The cable is available as unshielded twisted pair (UTP) and twisted pair with foil shielding (FTP) according to class D standards. Made from high-quality stranded wire, these Cat5e cables offer excellent flexibility and performance. The RJ45 connectors feature a high-quality 50-μ gold plating for increased durability. The FTP patch cables are shielded with aluminum tape used to protect all four pairs against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
