This new roof cooling unit developed by Schneider Electric is perfectly suited for automation and control as well as electrical distribution cabinets installed in office and industrial buildings. It is intelligent, compact, and reliable. For global use, it complies with IEC14511 and UL60335-1 as well as UL60335-2-40. This cooling unit is made of steel and offers an internal IP54 rating. It has a cooling capacity of L35-35 of 1550 W according to EN 14511. It operates at a voltage of 400/460 V, 50/60 Hz, 2 phases. Through the standard Modbus interface, the cooling unit is 100% compatible with any SCADA system. Remote alarms and operational data make the manufacturing process more reliable, resulting in less downtime, faster and easier troubleshooting, and a longer lifespan for electrical components. The new connected cooling units can be easily designed using the thermal calculation tool ProClima Web – macros can be imported plug and play into, for example, SEE Electrical by eTap. With these tools, it is possible to select, optimize, and design a complete switchgear (including enclosures, devices, and thermal solutions) in 3D and 2D within minutes. Additionally, Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure apps and analytics facilitate process monitoring with real data and actionable recommendations for more efficient operation and maintenance (preventive and predictive).
