The Wireless Bridge BR-300AN is designed to convert a 10/100/1000BASE-T compatible wired LAN device into a WLAN-compatible device. The bridge enables wired LAN devices to exchange data wirelessly in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. The Wireless Bridge BR-300AN can be integrated into the security concept of companies and can be used in offices, healthcare facilities, and environments where a secure WLAN is employed.
Mobile device usage is enhanced thanks to the WLAN connection: The Wireless Bridge BR-300AN expands the flexible use of devices, for example in logistics, medicine, and industry, as no cables need to be laid. Real-time data exchange boosts work productivity.
Advanced security features: The Wireless Bridge BR-300AN supports security functions in WLAN environments, ensuring protection against unauthorized WLAN access. The device is equipped with reliable WLAN security features for businesses:

Operational log storage function: The storage area of the Wireless Bridge BR-300AN is used to archive operational logs over an extended period. The device responds immediately to disruptions or degradation of the connection due to changes in the wireless environment.
Integrated software for device management: The Wireless Bridge BR-300AN is compatible with the optionally available device management software "AMC Manager®". With this software, network administrators can monitor device status, configure changes, update firmware, and restart devices for Silex networking products connected via LAN or WLAN.
