The use of mobile devices in the office is steadily increasing. At the same time, scanners, multifunction printers, dongles, measuring and reading devices, or USB hard drives often still lack a Wi-Fi interface. The wireless USB Device Server DS-520AN replaces the USB cable with a wireless connection, thereby eliminating the length limitation of USB cables (max. 5 meters). This allows devices to be used flexibly in different locations. Additionally, USB Device Servers enable multiple users to access the devices sequentially over the Wi-Fi network, which contributes to lower acquisition costs for IT infrastructure and more efficient utilization.
