Good73/100
- Agile, cleanly made tone arm
- Uses standard headshells
- Valuable optics
- Integrated preamplifier sounds a little slim
- Audible motor noise in the output signal
The final test with the fine-resolution Denon DL-110 showed us that the Teac arm is indeed good and can also handle somewhat more demanding systems. However, we can only give a clear recommendation to a player for around 500 euros if its motor is largely inaudible in the output signal. And unfortunately, we cannot attest to that in our test sample.
