Delta S is the perfect cabinet for the highest demands, designed as a robust steel free-standing cabinet for data and telecommunication installations. Its high quality of workmanship ensures an excellent appearance, making it particularly suited for heavy load carrying capacities due to its high strength.

Sliding rails are fixed rigidly to the shell of the cabinet, set up at 19 inches on the center line of the cabinet. Cabinets with a width of 800mm are also prepared for the possibilities of setting up 21 inches on center, 19 inches off center to the right, and 19 inches off center to the left. All positions are specified by holes for fixing the sliding rails with Tap-tite screws.

As standard, the cabinet has the following features:

• Hinged front door with a lockable swing handle, typically with glass, but may be solid steel or perforated as required. The 180° hinge design permits easy removal of the door or a change of direction of door opening when needed.
• Removable side and rear covers secured with key-operated locks.
• Cable entry points in the top, bottom, and upper and lower rear sections of the cabinet. Each entry point is covered by a breakout style blanking panel. The square area of the cable entry opening is now larger (333 cm²).
• Two pairs of vertical 19-inch fixing rails, which can be adjusted infinitely back and forth in the depth of the cabinet, are attached to each side. In 800mm square versions, the frame may also be adjusted across the width of the cabinet.
• Openings are provided in the base and top of the cabinet for fan units. The top fan opening is covered by a 3D cover.
• A brush strip to restrict ingress of dust through the chosen cable entry opening.
• Adjustable mounting and leveling feet.
• Vented top and bottom sections for natural convective ventilation.
• Earthing system.
• Supplied with elementary mounting material.
