The EdgeRouter X from Ubiquiti is a Gigabit Ethernet router featuring a total of five passive 24V Gigabit RJ45 PoE ports, all of which can be configured for personal switching purposes. The router is equipped with a dual-core processor running at 880 MHz and has a memory capacity of 256 MB DDR3 RAM. Additionally, the device impresses with its particularly compact form factor and ensures the security of your connections through an ACL-based and zone-based firewall as well as NAT. The EdgeRouter X comes with its own user interface, EdgeOS, which is intuitively operated and facilitates the configuration and monitoring of the router through advanced management and monitoring tools.
