Product details

The EdgeSwitch 5XP is a cost-effective 5-port Gigabit switch with 24V PoE support. To connect your PoE devices, simply enable PoE in the configuration interface of the EdgeSwitch XP. Each port can be individually configured for PoE, allowing both PoE and non-PoE devices to be connected.

Simplify your deployment. With an EdgeSwitch from the XP series, network architects can design cleaner and more organized implementations. For example, integrating the 5XP can eliminate the need for up to 5 PoE adapters, 5 power cables, 5 outlets, and 5 Ethernet patch cables. EdgeSwitch XP implementations enhance efficiency and significantly reduce potential points of failure, leading to faster installations and less maintenance and troubleshooting.

Intuitive configuration interface. The EdgeSwitch XP offers a user-friendly interface for efficient setup and control. The EdgeSwitch XP configuration interface, accessible via a secure management port and a web browser, provides intuitive management with a virtual view of the ports, displaying physical connectivity, speed, and PoE status.

Advanced features. The EdgeSwitch XP is equipped with a variety of advanced features, including port monitoring, system connectivity and management functions, Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) configuration, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) / Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP), Jumbo Frame support, Ping watchdog, and configurable alerts.
