Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-AC-IW-5
866 Mbit/sProduct details
It offers you fast 802.11ac dual-band Wi-Fi and two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one of which even provides PoE for 802.3af-compatible devices. With the UniFi Controller software, you can manage all access points in your network and gain insights into system traffic. The UniFi Controller provides you and your guests with extensive options and features: integration for credit card payments, voucher-based authentication, hotspot manager for creating vouchers, and much more. Through the software's dashboard, you can also benefit from an overview of all important and current information about your network at any time. The Wi-Fi standard 802.11ac offers you up to twice the data throughput of older standards. This increase is achieved by widening the transmission bandwidth. Thanks to Multi-SSID, you can operate multiple wireless network zones with different names and access rights using this access point. One option would be to set up separate network segments for individual departments or to operate smart home and IoT devices in separate zones. This way, visitors' smartphones do not have network access to PCs with confidential data.
