Folded up and stored in the spacious carrying bag, the complete Beauty Dish Softbox, including softbox adapter, inner and outer diffuser, and honeycomb grid, is so compact that it fits into any setup and is always on hand. For setup, simply place the folded softbox with the speed ring/softbox adapter facing down on the ground and open the Beauty Dish Softbox like an umbrella until the mount clicks into place in the umbrella pole audibly and tangibly. Then, turn the assembled softbox over so that the speed ring is on top and secure the fabric to the four longitudinal Velcro strips.
