Question about FRITZ! Box 4060 International

1. As a Swiss citizen, should I buy the "AVM FRITZ!BOX 4060 International" or the "AVM FRITZ!BOX 4060" (without international)? What is the difference? 2) I'm still confused by the fact that the international version has "Satellite" as the mesh networking type and "Mesh networking number of satellites 1x" is specified. In the variant without international, the mesh networking type only says "Starter Set". Are these the same router devices at all or is the one with the designation "Satellite" a repeater?

I have now compared the technical data on the German and Swiss AVM websites, no differences. only the article numbers, which then again correspond with the manufacturer numbers at Digitec. To be on the safe side, I'll order the International :)

It is the same product twice, at least as far as the firmware is concerned. To confirm my statement this link:

Specs:

In the past, country-specific telephone adapters were supplied (e.g. TAE for Germany). But this is only the case in Germany.
In all other countries, telephone adapters are no longer supplied and you have to make do with the RJ11 socket if you want to connect a tel/fax. This is my state of knowledge. But this does not apply to this 4060 anyway.
