According to the scope of delivery, there is no cable with a mains plug (why?). Do I have to use the mains plug of the PC for the UPS?

Yes, that's exactly how it's supposed to be, disconnect the existing appliance cable and connect it to the UPS. Reconnect the PC with the supplied IEC power cable C13-C14 (cold appliance extension, appliance connection cable, etc.), further appliances via e.g. Digitec 12457407 or 11305675 (C14 to 4x T13)....
