In principle, yes, but it is important to update the DSM on the old DiskStation beforehand and possibly back up the settings,
Also note the order of the disks.

But to be on the safe side, I would still move the data to an external medium (it's probably big, but it's probably the safest way). If the raid doesn't work properly, you can ask the manufacturer for help (we did this years ago), give them access via telnet and wait for them to do it (it worked fine, although we couldn't bring the volume up). Precondition: DSM must work.
