Can the TP LINK CPE210 be configured as a repeater? What is also unclear to me is where it takes power from?

Repeater operation is possible - RTFM

Power comes via network cable (POE injector included).

I bought the CPE510. I want to extend my cablecom wirelessly to the lower floor (where I have reception with my mobile phone outside the window). So the repeater mode would be appropriate. I am 5 metres from the cablecom AP/router. TP-Link web interface (192.169.0.254) does not find the WiFi network ("Survey" button). Have read the FM... Should be easy!?
