Can the UPS be operated on a normal 10A fuse (household socket)?

The enclosed cable is suitable for this purpose. Is there still a corresponding 220 V cable included? However, whether the power grid can withstand it depends on the power grid itself. My UPS has been running on 220 V and 10 amps for years. If everything is switched on again at the same time after switching off the power, the fuses blow. :-)
