Can this 5G receiver only be used as a "bridge" in combination with a router from another manufacturer, e.g. "UniFi Dream Machine"? Can we technically use SIM cards from any provider in Switzerland that offers 5G, e.g. Swisscom, Sunrise, Galaxus Mobile, digital republic?

In general, there is no restriction on the use of SIM cards from all providers offering 5G, but the provider cannot confirm compatibility with routers from other manufacturers, as the device is recommended for use with routers from Deutsche Telekom
