Hey, I have a similar problem, I've been waiting since October for the USG I ordered, but the delivery date keeps getting postponed. It said 13 January, now it says "unknown" again. I have now investigated and it looks like the product is obsolete and has been replaced by Ubiquiti with the "UniFi Next-Gen Gateway Lite" or as it is called on the homepage "Gateway Lite":

Ubiquiti UniFi UXGI can't guarantee that this is correct, it's just what I've found out so far. I think it's pretty bad that Digitec doesn't somehow realise this and point it out to us in one way or another. Yes, you can't even compare the two devices, as the USG is defined as a "router" (which is not true at all) and the AXG as an "access point"...
