Question about Ubiquiti USG: UniFi Security Gateway
It may seem a bit stupid now, but what exactly does it do for me compared to another router?
This is especially good if you are in the Unifi universe. I have the thing in the FritzBox as an exposed host, the USG then does DHCP in the network and DPI (just for gwunder).
It has a lot of firewall options, but you have to work your way into them.
If you don't know what you need it for, it may not be absolutely necessary...
