Good evening The mobile router does not allow connection with individual applications, such as the client of Zoom (on Mac). Websites are accessible when I have "Private Relay" enabled. Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks and best regards

"Private Relay" should not be necessary, this is something similar to VPN to disguise your own IP.
Can the SIM card be used in a router (e.g. Sunrise is quite fussy about this); I would clarify this in detail!
Have you ever tried to connect with a LAN cable instead of WLAN ?
