Hello all, I have a security gateway and the controller running on the NAS. With the UDM, all this would be integrated into one device. We currently only have about 85 Mbps (1gb line available) because of Threat Management. Now I would like to ask how loud the device is? I would have to set it up in the living room because there is no room for such a sphere in our electrical cabinet. The advantage would be that I can take away the AP in the living room.

Hello, I can clearly hear the fan when I fully utilise the throughput (250Mb/s for me). Then the activated thread management already ensures a clear load and this brings the fan up to a clearly audible speed. That would be too loud for my living room.
