Question about Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X

Hello all, does anyone have any experience with using this router in conjunction with Fiber7 behind the media converter that digitec sells in the init7 hardware bundle? Reason: The SFP version of the router is not really available and I'm thinking of using this router instead, knowing that I won't get rid of the media converter... Thanks already for your help!

Helpful answer

I don't have a fibre7 internet connection, but I do have a gigabit connection from Cablecom. I only have the Edgerouter X as a backup, as it is not able to route the full gigabit speed as soon as a few security features, such as IDS/IPS or somewhat more complicated configurations, such as link aggregation, are used.
