I would like to buy this AP... However, I find it quite difficult to find a switch or router that has POE as well as at least 2500 mbit/s...
Any idea... Otherwise the price seems very attractive for a WIFI 7 device...!

Definitely, why does ubiquiti simply not offer a multigiga switch with 8-24 ports with 1, 2.5 and 10gb and sfp+ for 2-400.- and no 800.- or whatever.
