Hello everyone, I have the problem that the maximum transfer rate is 250-280 mbps. No matter whether 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. With an additional Fritzbox I reach the target speed of almost 1Gbits/s. I have tried various settings without success, it really is a mystery to me. Can anyone help me or does anyone have a tip?

Hi DargonSniper, I don't have a detailed insight into how UNIFY configure their products in HW and FirmWare and have implemented the FW stack. Even more difficult to estimate how apps in the respective OS are set up here. In general, increasing the bandwidth of the channels often helps with the transmission speed, and 2.4GHz always manages more anyway (5GHz is used for connectivity to minimise areas without reception). with the "Network Signal Info" app, my AP NanoHD managed 360MBit adhoc on an S22+... similar on my U6LR... if you are assigned a different channel in the mesh by changing the position in the housing, then the transmission speed will fluctuate somewhat because by default the UNIFY AP also adjusts its bandwidths to the number of connected devices and neighbouring channels. Firstly, I would be interested in the hardware configuration that is available or used. Also the speed as such via which supplier the speed comes from would be of great importance.
Secondly, I would be interested to know what software is running on the devices and how the access points are connected. Of course it is clear that if you are only a few metres away from the antenna and there is an obstacle in the way, it is very likely that 1 Gbit of data will no longer be transmitted, but rather half of it. It would also be nice to know how the points were set up or hung. I would be happy to help you with the solution to get the maximum speed out of the parts. Gladly also by remote maintenance with prior agreement of course with everything that goes with it. There is certainly something feasible, I already have a few of the parts running and am absolutely convinced of the performance.
