Hello I have deco X 60 and since recently a Zyxel AX7501-B0 router. Now the question arises from the speed Deco as Brige to the new router which also supports wifi 6. or only the Deco s or how do you do that?

Hi !
I use the Deco's as an access point, i.e. only as a bridge. I leave the router function and the DHCP etc. to the router ... Works perfectly.

I use the Deco as the full and only main router and switch off the WLAN function on all other possible "routers" of the Internet provider (less interference). I switch the provider's router hanging on the path to the Internet to "transparent" mode (bridge), i.e. only pass-through without routing function. Currently, I have even taken this out and only ordered a "media converter" from the provider (fibre optic to Ethernet). This means that the Deco is now the only router and WLAN point in the path, which I hope will provide a little more performance. :-)
