Hello, this product seems to work well except for the 3rd Deco which does not take the PLC: - Main Deco connected to the electricity network and to the router - 2nd Deco connected to the mains: PLC + WiFi available - 3rd Deco connected to the mains: WiFi available (via the 2nd Deco) but no PLC... How can I resolve this? This is a house and all the electricity is centralised.

Hello,
Are you on three-phase? Are all the Decos on the same phase? - If not, you need to install a phase coupler in the electrical panel. Having said that, Deco operation is sometimes erratic. I also have one that connects to the PLC intermittently. It seems to be the system that decides which is the optimum link (Wifi/CPL) between the main Deco and the satellite Deco, but I haven't managed to work out what the criterion is yet. In general, pulling the satellite plug out and putting it back in is enough to re-establish the PLC connection (a bit basic, but if it works...).

I have the feeling that it takes a few days for the different deco's to get used to each other properly.
So maybe a little patience first and then it will work.

The 3rd Deco is connected to the power supply. But sometimes the display turns red, i.e: No WLAN. Then it switches back and WLAN can be received or sent.
I have also unplugged the power plug and plugged it back in. But it didn't always help.
As I don't really need the 3rd Deco, I have never investigated the cause further.
Unfortunately, I can't help any further.
