Hello Together I bought the router at the beginning of February and am generally satisfied. However, there is a problem with the router and the settings. Every now and then the connection to the laptop is interrupted and a small yellow triangle is then displayed in Windows for the wifi status. So there is a connection to the router but no internet connection. This happens in 2.4 and 5ghz mode. After a short disconnection everything works again and after some time the problem comes back. I have already reset everything and it has brought nothing. I have had a new laptop for a month and the problem persists there too. There are no disconnections with the smartphone or PS4. Can anyone help me? Love greetings

Thank you very much for the answers.
So when I click on the yellow triangle and troubleshoot, the error message appears in Windows: Wifi does not have a valid Ip configuration. But it should get this automatically from the provider and after a new connection disconnect/connect it works again for a moment.

I have had this router for a while and can't find any problem.
But since only Windows devices are affected, I suspect the problem is not with the router but with Windows, or possibly with Intel. Since an Intel WiFi is probably used with these two devices...
I would update the firmware and drivers.

Greetings and good luck

Unfortunately, we have no experience with such devices. This is also the first time we have received such an error message about this product. I have therefore forwarded the question to our community so that someone who knows more about it can answer it.
