I didn't have any LAN cables and you have to buy them separately. If you have a Ubiquiti POE switch, you only need one LAN cable, as the power is supplied via PoE and the AP draws its power from there.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think a LAN cable was included. I had a PoE adapter and wall/ceiling mount.
LAN cables would require 2. One to the PoE adapter and one from the adapter to the access point.

You will certainly need an additional cable from the router/or from the home network socket to the PoE adapter. Another cable leads from the adapter to the AP. I am no longer sure whether this was included or whether I used an existing one. It is important that this cable passes through all connections, as the power supply for the AP is also transmitted in addition to the ETHERNET signal.
