Question about FRITZ! Box 4060 International
Hello Does anyone know if the FritzBox also works with the yallo fibre (10GBit) connection? I currently have an FB7590 and really don't want to miss the features any more. Thank you
The WAN offers 2.5 Gbits down and 2.5 Gbits up. The LANs are each equipped with 1Gbits. With 3 connections, you get a maximum of 3 Gbits.
I think with 10 Gbits a router which can also process 10 Gbits (perhaps fibre optic connection) makes more sense.
Even the FB 7590 is not able to process 10 Gbits. In the WAN it processes max. 1Gbits.
I have replaced my FB 7590 with the FB 4060. I am highly satisfied. The features are even better and the W-LAN surpasses the old one by worlds.
The FB 4060 is finally a router that is up to date.
