hello I need a mobile router that works via SIM card (data package) and has at least one Ethernet cable connection. What is the cheapest product you can recommend? Would this router TP-Link TL-WR902AC work (with SIM card)?

The TP-Link TL-WR902AC router cannot be equipped with a SIM card.
Take a look at the TP-Link Archer MR200 AC750 Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE router to see if it's not more what you're looking for.
