Hello I've just bought this item but there isn't even a cable to plug it in! Does anyone know why?

The C13 to C14 cable is rarely included with UPSs (not mentioned in the scope of delivery) and must therefore always be purchased separately.
The easiest way is to buy a suitable power strip like this one:
Online UPS (5 x, type 13, 2 m)
