Hello
Unifi APs can only be managed through a controller.
Whether it is the software version you used or via the Unifi Cloud Key which is a small box that allows you to manage a large part of the Ubiquiti hardware.

So I answer myself. After half an hour and relaunching the Controler software under Windows, I was able to detect the AP and configure it. Its led is now blue whereas it was fixed white before. But the AP is still not detectable after configuration from the android app, even when directly connected in wifi on it ...
