How am I supposed to plug things into this APC? All the plug holes are American or otherwise not compatible with Swiss plug? Am I missing something?

These are IEC C13 connectors. Your UPS is delivered with one cord with C13 in one end, C14 in the other - it can be used to connect a UPS output directly to e.g. your NAS server power input. In case you want to connect other devices with Swiss plugs you can order a socket strip 6050639 sold by digitec.

These are not USA, but standard cold plugs available in Galaxus etc.
