How can I use the device in USA / abroad? I have a Swisscom SIM and could not use the device in California. Thank you for the support.

there are models for Europe and for the USA the 5g frequencies are different if your device has EUS in the designation it is for the European market and the frequencies here. If your device has NAS in the designation, it is for the North American market and its frequencies.
