How can this device deliver 300/450MBps Wifi when it has a 100MBPs LAN port?

The LAN port by definition is WIRED, WiFi is WIRELESS. The speed of WiFi is determined by the router and its basic speed. In 802.11n standard it can theoretically go up to 450MBps.

It can only send at 300MBps in repeater mode.
I use it in access point mode to transform a Wifi network into Ethernet. It works very well and I never get 300MBps on my Wifi network anyway...
