How do I find the IP address? Installation of the PowerChute software does not work on the Windows laptop. UPS is connected to laptop via supplied Ethernet to USB cable, but not visible. Is there a trick? Thanks!

This UPS has no LAN interface/web server, so there can be no IP.

The ethernet to USB establishes a serial connection, i.e. without IP. You could use SSH communication via this, e.g. with putty. However, this must first be activated on the UPS. The UPS itself gets an IP if it uses the other two LAN ports. You can see which one it is via the router.
